At H&V Perfumes, we aim to deliver a refined and seamless shopping experience. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, our return and refund process follows strict quality and safety standards similar to leading luxury fragrance brands.
Returns Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery
- The item remains unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- The return request is raised within [3–7 days] of receiving the order
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and guide you through the replacement or refund process
Refund Process
Once the returned item passes quality inspection:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks
- Shipping charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable unless the error is from our end
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability. We do not provide exchanges based on fragrance preference or personal taste.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)
- Gift cards or complimentary items
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
